How can I book a visit to the Museums?
The MUVIT Wine Museum is open from Thursday to Sunday, from 10am to 1pm and from 3pm to 5pm. Reservations are required for visits, by sending an email to prenotazionimusei@lungarotti.it, by calling +39 075 9880200, by writing us a message from our page facebook.com/museilungarotti/. At the moment the MOO Olive Oil Museum can be visited only by reservation and during the MUVIT opening hours.
The Museums can be visited, outside the days and times indicated, by reservation only for groups.
How much does the entrance to the Museums cost and what is included in the price?
The single ticket for both Museums is € 7 per person (includes admission to the Museums, a glass of wine at the Osteria del Museo, the audio guide service on your smartphone); the ticket only for the MUVIT Wine Museum is € 5 per person. Children under 6 do not pay. The glass of wine to be tasted at the Osteria del Museo can be given only to adults.
Do the museums have an audio guide system?
You can visit the Museums by connecting to the access points located along the route you will have access to all the multimedia contents of the Museums, directly on your smartphone.
Is it possible to have a guided tour service?
Our guides are at your disposal to accompany you on your visit to a museum or both, if you wish. The service is available upon reservation, by sending an email to prenotazioni@lungarotti.it, by calling 0759880200 or by writing us a message from our page facebook.com/museilungarotti/. The guided tour is available in Italian or English, at a cost of € 50 per group for both museums and € 40 per group for one museum only. The guided tour of the Museums will be available for groups of up to 15 people (larger groups will be programmed with deferred access), accompanied by a dedicated operator, respecting all the requirements regarding safety devices and social distancing.
Are the Museums accessible to people with disabilities?
Both museums are accessible to people with disabilities in almost the entire exhibition: at MUVIT the 14 rooms on the ground floor are accessible, at MOO, equipped with a lift, the entire itinerary is accessible.
Is access to the Museums allowed for pets?
We are happy to welcome you and your little friends, as long as they are educated and kept on a leash in respect of other visitors and what is exhibited in the Museums.
Where can I buy publications, postcards or gadgets?
In both museums there is a bookshop where you can buy publications, gadgets, postcards, souvenirs of the Museums in safety and in accordance with current regulations. Ask our staff for all the information!
